  1. What’s with all the adds interrupting the workouts?? I won’t do pop sugar if that’s what’s going to keep happening. Never happens with Sydney Cummings or other videos I do 🤨

I've been struggling with my weight loss journey for a while now but stumbled across this video and decided to do it, went by really quickly and felt great doing it, at the end when he says – "think of all the amazing work you did and became a better person, better athlete and better soul because of it" was what I really needed and it made me feel quite emotional, great workout! will definitely become a regular and i'm off to do another one!

  3. My absolute FAVOURITE YouTube work out!!! I don’t get bored of doing the same set of movements over and over, you’re pushing yourself constantly throughout whilst the movements are variations… just what I need! ❤️❤️

  4. For those who are advanced in HIIT workouts, this is a really great workout for those days when you are lacking the usual energy you have to work out. The instructor is very motivating and it’s not too hard & not too easy 👍👍👍
