  1. I previewed this a little last night and thought “holy cow that looks too hard” but anyway did it this morning and I love the 1 minute on and off thing, and 30 minutes is BOOM, DONE! Thanks Angie!

  2. This series is an instant favorite… going hard for one minute is such a win. Loved that you incorporated the step, I added a set of risers. Holy cardio, 25 minutes in peak and 19 in my cardio zone. Almost 3000 steps with 300 calories burned,YaY! Thank you 😍
