  1. It’s nice to have an all standing cardio routine. I find myself nixing a lot of routines these days because of excessive plank and core work…which is fine a few days a week but sometimes you just want to keep moving! The moves are great too! Perfect routine.

  2. Nice routine Jada, good change from weights. One minute rests allow recovery without cooling off so you can put your all in to the next move and do it correctly.
    As with many exercise vids, occasionally confusing whether we're still watching a demo, or joining in already, but not a big deal. Join in when ready 😀
