  1. Another great workout.  Drinky birds cause pain from an old injury so I always substitute a different move when they raise their heads but apart from that I found this workout really good.  Thank you for adding balance work – one day I won't wobble!

  2. ouch Paula this is hard I have done various vids on here but this hurt my bUM I loved it but I have to tell you with sciatica some of these hurt my backWhen it did I got out of the pose rested went back. This is hard for any age Thanks

  3. I started a WFPB diet in June. Started adding exercise in September. Glad I came across your channel. Have made use of so many of these videos. Trying this one tonight. I'm on the downhill slope to 50 so balance is something I really need to start improving.

  4. I was so excited to do this workout! 🙌🏼 who says you have to be over 50 to get it done? Lol I love the challenge of balance work and the cardio was the bonus for me 😅 and that finisher 💥thank you Pahla it was a great way to start my Thursday 💕
