I have a question I did nightshift for 14 years now I am not working so my body clock is switch back to days yes it was messed up now I get 8 hours sleep a night but I gained 3 stone I lost 1 so far im doing the workouts and walking a lot but my weight is staying the same should I start fasting or give it more time I am 45 years old 5/10 and 14 stone thanks your videos do help
