This was super fun and the hour flew by. Even my two left feet could keep up with this one! I really like your step-and-strength combinations….we get a lot done in a reasonable time interval. Great job and thanks for all of your hard work!
Angie thank you I couldn’t stop sweating. This was a great workout. I loved the format. My max hr was 171 and I averaged 136 bpm. I burned 473 cal and 4793 steps. I will be doing this again and hopefully I can do better👍
Step Count: 5,300 / 3.2KM. Gosh, what a workout! 🙂 Love it! I'd forgotten how good this one was. I have to do it more often as I really really enjoyed it and the time simply flew. Loved the music also. I think it's one of your best, Angie, all round. Of course, I'm still working out cautiously to allow my calf injury to heal properly, so I used only one riser, but I feel no pain at all doing your workouts. I think you prepare the muscles well before and, of course, I love your cool downs best. 🙂 Thank you!

What a great workout. I love that you make me laugh in these workouts, even though they are hard core–your facial expression during the hip extensions are hilarious! Love the new music. I stopped laughing with the core section but definitely beat getting on the hamster wheel. Thank you.
Loved the great sweat on this one. The basic step moves weren't complicated which kept me moving instead of trying to figure out what to do next. Thanks for the awesomeness!

Especially loved Combo 3 … so enjoyed that routine. Loved all those lovely repetitions, legwork, the corework at the end. I used 2 risers all the way except when we turned the bench lengthwise for the side lunges. FAN-TAS-TIC! 🙂 And was that Bella again who joined us towards the end? What a sweet, little darling she is. Just makes me smile when a pet joins the show. Thank you so much, Angie. More please! You're the best. xx
