  1. I am really tired of leaving workouts halfway through its course time. This time, I will complete all 7 days and will update every 2 days.
    Starting Date: 11/15/2019
    Starting Weight: 62.5 kg(137.7lbs)
    Do remind me if I forget to update because I am seriously determined to do this whatever it takes.

  2. I will start my healthy journey again, with this simple workout two times a day for a week! then I will consider changing this routine for something more challenging.

    day 2 done✔️(my arms hurt)
    day 3 done✔️(i dont eat sweet i dont drink cola and my stomach i see change i will do one more time tonight)

  4. My family and relatives be ways going on about how I'm "so skinny" I have a flat stomach and I never manage to gain any weight and my figure doesn't change. I'm the laziest person in the family and I eat the most especially unhealthy foods. Can someone tell me what's going on? Why am I different from my family and friends Just curious 😆

  5. I never leave negative comments on videos, but this is just the actual worst. If you're into distracting robotic bleeping and heavy breathing, this is the workout for you.

  6. Before doing this ,you should watch first a video about a motivation video about losing weight ,i'm 13 and did this for 2 times ,and my goal is to do this 3 times in 3 weeks
