  2. I struggle so much with the self sabotage SO MUCH.  I am sorry you do too but it does make me feel a little better not to be out hear alone.  We both will do better 🙂

  3. Been Lifetime for 2 years. Lost 120 lbs and feel like a new girl! Self talk helps me work through cravings. I was a fast food junkie and every restaurant still calls my name! I always have food in the freezer, ready to eat. Knowing that helps me veer away from the drive through. Never want to wear size 26 slacks again. Size 10’s keep me tracking! Thanks for sharing!

  4. Amanda, I’m not sure if I missed this somewhere so sorry if you’ve addressed this but do you weigh in weekly at weight watchers even though you are on maintenance or is it monthly? Also do you find that since you’ve started the weight lifting that it is affecting your weight ( even though I know that muscle weighs more and you can be heavier weight wise but smaller in size) I was just wondering how WW deals with this?

  5. Love the big coffee for 3 points!!! And yes, I lost 2 lbs last week and then was tempted to go get a blizzard from DQ. Thankfully I told myself NO and ate a 1 point sugar free fudge bar instead.

  6. So, as soon as I saw you eating the dill pickle cashews, I immediately paused the video and went on a hunt! When I didn’t find them on Walmart grocery pickup, I went to amazon and ordered them there. I get them on Thursday and I can’t wait! Lol

  7. I loved seeing a week in your life! I am the same way, if I have junk food in the house I'll eventually binge on it 🙈 It's definitely just easier to not buy any. I am so proud of you for how far you've come with working out. You look amazing!

  8. Did you lose your weight on Freestyle or on SmartPoints? I know you are in maintenance now and you use Freestyle, but I was wondering about when you were in losing mode. I’m a fellow Lubbockite. Aren’t you proud of our Red Raiders?!

  9. Great video Amanda! Are you adding more food on your active days? Eating 'fit points'? The days I workout I'm so much hungrier and find it hard to balance. I'm trying to lose, not in maintenance.
