    In your experience have you progressed better in chest exercises when you have trained triceps in same workout as chest? I mean when you train triceps and chest on separate days your triceps are more likely more fatigued when you hit chest again. Have you noticed that it slows down progression in chest day?

  2. Hello Skip! I had the pleasure of speaking with you recently and LOVED it! I wanted to tell you just how much I appreciate that you were willing to speak with this older woman, (56 years old) not being your target demographic. I took you up on one thing you told me and that was to eat more. Well I did just that and I have dropped body fat just like you said!!! I went clothes shopping yesterday and dropped from a 14 to a size 12!!! I am looking even more ripped!! I am also training with a bit heavier weights and lower reps (saves time for sure) rather than the lighter weights, higher reps. Thank you for taking the time to call me!
