Hey guys! Let’s start this new week with a bang. In this cardio workout, you will be doing routines that have some form of a burpee in them. Be sure to watch the beginning part as I explain our form of burpee. These are definitely not ALL of our burpee routines..that would take over an hour to do! 😆 but it’s a good mix of several of our routines.
