  1. Hey guys! Let’s start this new week with a bang. In this cardio workout, you will be doing routines that have some form of a burpee in them. Be sure to watch the beginning part as I explain our form of burpee. These are definitely not ALL of our burpee routines..that would take over an hour to do! 😆 but it’s a good mix of several of our routines. I hope you will give it a try and let me know what you think. Remember, Monday is the perfect day to crush your goals because it sets the tone for the entire week! You can do it! ❤️
