  1. I like this new steps video, i trust her exercise method for arms but not just the arms, just the whole body with arm work out. it works really well! I will do 2 or 3 times a day.

  2. Thank you so much Lucy ..I am a 61 year old female. I’ve raised four children and feel so out of shape. I feel so ugly as well and suffer with my self image but these short exercises have made a big change in my self appearance I’ve been doing the seven minutes for seven days and I’m on my third week and actual see results I can’t afford a trainer or join a gym and what got my heart is when you said your goal was to make a fit world for free…….I admire you…for thinking this way…..🌷

    Day 1 done 😍😍 this is perfect for my schedule this week.
    It was challenging after a couple of minutes but I was able to pull through it.
    Cannot wait to do this again tomorrow 😍😍 Might go for a second rough if my stamina was up to it.

  4. Hi Lucy, thanks for all your amazing videos! Can you please do a video only for stretching after exercising? I have search in your YouTube channel many times I can't find one just for stretching. 💓
