  2. I love your videos. I was a runner for so long that I had to have both hips replaced and still tried to do a bit of running knowing that it wasn't good. I am now 51 and learning that my body really hates running. I am so glad that I found you and your videos. I can do most of the moves and feel way better then when I am done then I did after running.   3. Great workout for beginners, iam not doing some exercise since i work graveyard most of the time lock of sleep, but since its my dayoff i try it and it was amazing…thanks pj i will do it every week, simple but intense for me… Working out with you from Philippines… its me Rolf
