  1. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a dislike on any of your videos. And I'd be shocked if anybody actually didn’t like your stuff. So easy to understand and implement. I’m not a beginner myself but still watch all your videos as I’m sure I can still learn a great deal from you. Thanks, Jordan!

  2. Isn't it better to do three full body workouts per week rather than upper/lower/full (or any other split)? That way you're hitting your whole body three times a week rather than twice (or once in some splits).

  3. I dont whether you're gonna see this but can tell a workout for amateur (i been going to gym for like 2 to 3 months but after doing the same beginner exercises and increasing reps i dont feel soar anymore)
