hi Jordan! Thank you for the videos. Is it ok to do these exercises without a warm-up? and is it possible to burn fat with an exercise shorter than 30 min?
Isn't it better to do three full body workouts per week rather than upper/lower/full (or any other split)? That way you're hitting your whole body three times a week rather than twice (or once in some splits).
I dont whether you're gonna see this but can tell a workout for amateur (i been going to gym for like 2 to 3 months but after doing the same beginner exercises and increasing reps i dont feel soar anymore)
