  1. I have tried every single weightloss manual and also this plan to lose weight “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) is the one that is effective for me combined with their own items to burn up fat. Also I am not consuming much as I was previously, I still do not feel jittery or sense a crash I’ve dropped about 15 lbs since using this product. .

  2. Thank you for your honesty! Many companies are making $ from senseless products that don’t really help us in the long run- only quick fixes which are temporal.

I want to thank you guys I've been using your videos to work out at home cause I can't afford a gym membership and now I'm down 210lb from 251lbs I'm not complete with my goals but I would really like for you guys to keep it up your doing a wonderful job…. And question what is your take on intermittent fasting?

  4. The night before watching this video, I had a dream about a dog who looked exactly like yours attacking me. Then someone on the street told me he will calm down if I say "Good morning" to him. It worked.

    •HIIT – no more than 3x a week
    •healthy diet – 3 meals, 2-3 snacks, Whole Foods, cut the junk
    •WATER – clear urine
    •keep straight posture – pull in core, shoulders back
    •stress & sleep patterns – low stress & 8 hours a sleep
    •DONT COMPARE YOURSELF- fit looks different on everyone 🙂

  6. I opted to conduct some analysis about the dietary regimen “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) after a close friend discussed with me about simply how much extra weight she lost I have lost 9 lbs. I do feel it helped improve that weight loss as well as fat-burning. I have observed at this moment that I am eating healthy and balanced. .
