  1. Girl, I workout often but after I did this this morning I had to come and leave you a comment.
    1. I had to slow down a little bit cause you moved a little fast for me 🙂 but I got that shit done, I love that its in real time.

    4. A good leg day can slim down that stomach and help you tone those hips, definitely adding it three times a week at night before bed
