  1. Too hectic with my job and exercise had been thrown to the back of my head. Gain a hefty amount of weight and feeling tired all the time. Hopefully I can make it back on track!!

    It’s so difficult today.. but I believe it’s all worth it. NO PAIN NO GAIN!

  2. Done the planking for my day 1.and will start this exercise tomorrow for my day 2 fat belly to flat belly challenge 😊 i have 39 inches waist line and i am 51.8 kls. I need more motivation to keep going..😂

Thanku emmi wong for such a great work . also I wann to say to all humans in world plz pray for indian occupied kashmir where thy are forced to hide in there home n its 19th day today , they are dying from hungar there womens young girls are raped by indian army please pray for them pray for humanity ☹🙁

    Planning on starting thiS today while doing the intermittent fasting (think it’s called) it’s about 6:30 pm rn, probably will do this a bit later, so I can take a shower and rest a bit after.
    Hopefully I don’t give up on either agalajslbd ):

  5. correct me if im wrong. so for the first week, we will do this workout throughout the whole week? the same workout? then we will move on to the week 2 challenge, and repeat all over again? please enlighten me T.T
