Nice workout. I really wish you would describe in detail what the workouts will entail. It said cardio, bodyweight work, but nothing written about working shoulders. I know you verbally said it after the warmup. When choosing which workouts to perform, it would be great to know what body part will be worked w/weights. Thanks for your consideration, and awesome videos.
