  1. I love your videos because you, your trainings and your gym reminde me of the trainer and gym where I fell in love with aerobics. So noć when I'm training at home I love to do your trainings.

    Also, I would LOVE to see you do a whole training with those leg anckle weights.

  3. Nice workout. I really wish you would describe in detail what the workouts will entail. It said cardio, bodyweight work, but nothing written about working shoulders. I know you verbally said it after the warmup. When choosing which workouts to perform, it would be great to know what body part will be worked w/weights. Thanks for your consideration, and awesome videos.
