Nice video sir me b bhut prshn hu apne lower body s and arms se aisi kunsi exercise kre jise lower body slim ho jaye . Its good sir whole body workout krna but sir aisi excercise suggest kijiye jisse whole body ka workout ho jaye and especially lower body slim ho jaye .

Thanks sir , u tell very nicely. But if u make the special day wise vedios then it will be very good. As like Monday as u said legs workout,Tuesday for stomach fat ,etc…. By doing ur exercise vedios I reduce 4.4 kg weight with in 2 months. Thank u so much for providing these beautiful vedios and way of explaining very good.
