  1. I used to wonder how the animals in the wild always seemed to be in their best body shape even though they ate only meat or grass or fruits. I never gave it a second thought though. Thanks for making me think. You have got one more subscriber. Keep up the good work.

  2. ketosis seems to blunt the appetite and may affect hormones like insulin that regulate hunger. Fats and proteins may also keep people fuller than carbohydrates, leading to lower calorie intake overall

  3. So , you are saying that a ketogenic diet makes you loose fat when in a caloric sureplus? I must say i have seen no proof of that tho. Often peoples going on high fat low karb diets eats less calories cause they dont feel hungry on a keto diet.its not a high calorie diet . Thats like saing if your on a high carb diet your on a low calorie die., And your saying that all diet sodas is raising your bloodsugar ?

  4. This is a really good video, I read an article recently that said that we should be focusing on carbon and since we don't have a easy way to determine carbon intake, measuring calorie intake is a workaround, it's not accurate though, decent channel, you've gained a subscriber 🙂

  5. Only one problem with your theory – people get results with eating less calories and training properly. I myself got results. So If i can get lean with abs by fitting some ice cream and gummy bears here and there I sure as hell won't follow some crazy fat breakdown program.. It could probably work but I won't enjoy myself. Just like a lot of people fail when follow diets and restrict themselves. Good job on the video though.
