    Morning(6 to 9)me time nehi hai mere pas, is time pe school jati hu bachhoko parhane ke liye, agar main 11 A.M. se kar sakti hu exercise?

  4. nice video and sir you are looking awesome but sir I have a question that menne aapki mon to sat tk exercise shaddule dekha but jb menne mon se kl se start Kiya thigh wala tb sr me ak hi 1 exercise ke pure set kiye oske bad me uth hi nhi Pai or aaj itna pain ki CHL tk nhi parhi what I do sir plss told me. and sr you looking awesome 😘😘
