  2. Bro I've been doing calisthenics 6 days a week. Mon-core tues-chest and triceps wed-legs Thur-back and biceps Frid-shoulders sat-whole body. Been since Jan 2018. How the fuck are you so swole??? Serious question dude wtf I can't get up on weight! Just stuck at 160-165! Help me out bro!

  3. it's so easy but take time .
    eat 6 meals a day each meal 30 g of protin and 500 calories .
    train weighted and add more weights every month.
    sleep 8 hrs every night .
    train 4 times for muscles and 1 day for boxing or another activity to burn more fat .
    5 years and you be better than dejan stipke . for me i don't have to eat in north africa but it's ok we still going ✌💪❤🇹🇳

  5. I am from serbia and i dont dilike stipke as person,but i must to tell you all ppl right there without roids and jim workouts atleast 3 times per week he cud not achive that body.Izvini bate nije hejt al treba ljudi da znaju .
