Bla bla just do yoga yields same result don't have to die like gay homo Tom platz acts like it's life death we just doin some leg work for 70 mins gatdamn most of that time is rest period lol stop making leg day hard make it like Sunday morning and just push urself as hard as u need to get to failure on last 2-3 reps.of the last exercise at each leg station and do 16-20 sets quads and 12 sets hams and walk out
