  1. Namaste Ray. Thank you for the great fasting tips. I've been intermittent fasting for some years now it's a natural part of my life now. I'm also a vegetarian a decision I made before I started intermittent fasting. I didn't have any health problems when I made these changes I just felt I could do more to improve my overall health and wellbeing. And I definitely want to try dry fasting. I don't know why I haven't tried dry fasting before anyway I'll give it a go and do 1 day a week for starters. Thanks again Ray. PEACE&LOVE

  2. I am on my 6th day of Dry Fast right now. I have done my first Dry fast (seven days) when attending Ray's session last year in Sept. Since then I did a five day dry fast, four day dry fast (every two months) and now doing my fouth multi-day dry fast. This time I will go 7+ days, maybe upto 10 days to match Ray's TV record. I am applying Wim Hof's breathing method. This time is a much more enjoyable experience than previous dry fasts. I am losing weight, but it never concerns me, never weight myself, it is the experience matters – hight mental clarity, free of attachment, joy of be present …

  3. After 4 days of dry fast and 3 days of refueling suitable to stay in ketosis I finally lost three kilos of pure fat on the five kilos that i lost

  4. my love for fasting grows by day 🙂
and am really looking forward to my breatharian journey…which already begun, and Ray, am really enthusiastic about your pranic initiation workshop in England upcoming June. see you there 🙂 Namaste.

  5. Amazing video!
    Thanks.
I am at the end of sungazing expiriance and would like to start fasting and living only on water,
How long do you suggest to start the fast with and/or without suppervision?

  6. Hi Ray, clear as always. Could you do a video on the science behind autophagy, specifically what happens at particular timelines, 16h, 36h, 3 days, etc. up to 11 days. I've seen a few different variations online but nothing scientific

  7. The most amazing fast I've done was a 14 day urine fast. I didn't have any body weight issues, so I didn't do it for weight-loss, but simply to detox my body to the fullest and learn from the experience of living in a totally clean body-vessel… a pure temple for my spirit. It's a fantastic and long story, but I'm not going to go here into all the details… I just want to share something really mind-blowing that happened with my weight… I have been naturally slim my whole life and during the first week of that fast I lost 10 kilos!! Which made me look like a skeleton! But then on the second week of the fast my body put back all those 10 kilos!!! PLUS even one more (11 kilos in total)! 😱This impressed me a lot, how the body can restore/rebuild itself even from scratch and without depending on any external input of food, the only thing I was putting into my body in this case was my urine (but I was my own, no additional urine from someone else… I was simply RECYCLING my own body fluids. I don't see that counting as "feeding" myself from external source – I only must add, that I was also using a lot of "aged urine", which I had previously stored, in order to do the "whole body rubs" which are a key part of a urine fast, in order to detox the body much faster. Aged urine is a much more powerful version of urine, ideal for healing, deep cleansing and rejuvenating. It's the body's own potentised elixir of life, that has perfected itself over the course of time… the older, the better! I use that aged urine as well for my enemas, because it is really an incredibly powerful cleansing agent… much more powerful than fresh urine. It kills all parasites in the gut and gets rid of stagnant toxins within only a few minutes sometimes… of course depending on how much matter you have stored in there. 😉

  8. I did a 21 day water fast and lost 19 pounds. I did not have anything but tap water filtered with a Brita filter. Many people are now suggesting that it is necessary to take supplements like electrolytes, Apple Cider vinegar, Himalayan salt, and vitamins. I did feel weak and not very well by the 21st day and felt a need to stop. I wonder if I would have been able to go longer if I had added any of these supplements?  I want to do a longer fast so that I can get down to my goal weight & have a life…

  9. I am happy to say that I have lost over 34 pounds in the last 3 months. This came highly recommended to me by a good friend who is a personal trainer and fitness nut. She said it is the easiest way to lose weight fast without changing my diet or exercise habits. I started out by trying the rapid weight loss system that allows you to easily lose an average of 1 lb a day for 21 days

  10. Thanks for the tips man, I'm slow becoming more and more independent when it comes to food and your videos are so helpful. Maybe one day when I'll take your workshop and have more independence. ❤👍🏽

  11. Thank You again Ray. With your help understanding fasting, I feel like I have made great progress in my life. I have been trying to bring back mental clarity, improve my overall health and drop a few extra pounds that have accumulated in retirement. Regular exercise and diet only got me so far. I felt better immediately when the weight loss began. 70 pounds down and so much improvements . But, it stopped short of my long term goals. By adding the fasting component, I feel even better and am seeing progress. I am right now doing 36 hours fasting and about 8 hours eating . So, it is basically every other day and I feel great . Even better now that my partner has joined me. Thanks again for your information and I /we look forward to more .

  12. I have done 48, 72 and 96 hour water fasts. Found the second day the toughest. I have done 24, 48 and 72 hour dry fasts. Found the dry fasts the easiest. Lost more than twice the amount of weight on the dry fasts ,(you csn lose more if you do low low intensity cardio while dry fasting).

  13. Thank you Ray. As always, a great informative video. My longest dry fasts have been 36 hours. I lost about 1 1/2 lbs during. I'm naturally thin, since I'm a lifetime plant eater, and 12 yr raw food, with daily intermittent fasting, and regular weekly/monthly water/juice fasts. I agree that when the body has less weight, during the dry fast it won't drop as much weight. That is my experience. As many do, I experience dry fasts to be easier than water fasts. I currently dry fast daily for 12 hours, liquid for most of the remaining 12 hours, and raw/living fruit for solids. I Appreciate You….Namaste

  14. Hi ☺️ thank you for the great video 🌻 i tried one day of fruit fast, juice fast, water fast anda drive fast. At the end of 4 days fasting i lost between 3-4 kilos. But im already skinny (48kg) so that was a little hard. İ will set the intention and try again 😎
