  2. I have been doing 400 push ups a day and 100 pull-ups a day Monday through Friday while also hitting the gym. I have seen good progress so far but I think I’m slowly plateauing and don’t know what to do next. Help would be awesome.

    Hey so I’ve been doing ur upper body workouts and I’ve gotten to where it doesn’t hurt but I’m just tired and can’t do more than 2 or 3 of any exercise. I’ve done them for 2-3 days in a row and I’m just tired, but my muscles don’t hurt at all! Also my elbow feels hella weird, am I doing anything wrong? PLEASE HELP!

  4. i need help. On one video he says he does intermittent fasting, skips breakfast, does workout in the morning. and eats nothing after that before like 2,3,4 pm.. I thought u need food right after a workout. but he leaves a gap. why? and on one video he works out in the morning and says he eats right after that. thats not intermittent fasting? and on one video he works out in the morning, eats in 3pm and then goes to gym in the evening and then eats food. why say on video you do something "everyday" and on other video you do something else "everyday"? makes me confused as fuck. can someone tell me how it really supposed to go? and sorry for bad english lol
