  1. Hi all! This video has gained a lot of traction since I last checked and oh boy, the comment section is literally all over the place. Thank you for the people that are POLITELY leaving constructive feedback, I really appreciate that! I’m aware that I should’ve done more research before making this video but at the same time it’s literally just my opinion!! if you guys wanna watch the original, it’s linked in my bio. There’s absolutely no need to be rude/ disrespectful in the comment section, it’s 2020 people, BE FUCKING NICE.

  2. As a dietitian who knows a thing or two about how the human animal gains and loses weight, it is EXTREMELY unlikely for someone, no matter what is done in the attempt, to either gain or lose more than two pounds (~1 kg) in a week. That's about the physiologic limit, unless the person is super-obese, or on a draconian exercise regime (such as walking 80 miles a day). So, if a diet promises "10 pounds in 10 days" or something like that, you know they are lying to you.

  3. Breakfast: 1 cupGreen tea, 3 boiled eggs
Lunch: 3 boiled eggs, 1 apple, 1 cup green tea
    Snack: apple
Dinner: 1 cup oat meal, 1 cup green tea
    Snack: carrots, cucumbers
I think thats what she said, i put it there in case anyone wants to try it with me…getting married in 9 weeks so shit, a bitch is desperate lol

  4. I agree this diet is ridiculous, but not everyone needs 1800 calories. I'm only 150cm at age 19, and if I eat more then 1500 calories I ALWAYS gain weight because of my TDEE. This was why it was impossible to lose weight because people always think 1800+ is for EVERYONE when that's not the case, at all. But going to 500 calories is also insane, just take your TDEE (your daily calories needed to stay your current weight) and remove 20-30%, that's it. I've had binge ED, have PCOS, and physical illnesses that make it hard to exercise, and now that I FINALLY figured out that my small body never needed 1800+ calories I started slowly losing weight withour exercise, without starving, its nice. 😊

  5. I don’t get it. You know your title is clickbait? Or rather it’s counterproductive to what you want point to. Like you know it’s unhealthy but people with eating disorders or even someone desperate to lose weight will do it since you got results. And that’s what you aim for. Some food for thought 🤷🏻‍♀️

  6. Honestly if it’s going to burn that much weight I think I should do it… and change some things up too.. maybe… working out every morning for me isn’t showing me fast enough results… it’s like fasting tbh.. and il be eating a different lunch too..

  7. Why would you even want to try this if you’re already at a good weight 😩 I’m 126 pounds and I just want to gain muscle, don’t care about gaining/loosing weight ..I just need to quit being lazy😓

  8. It’s funny because this diet is healthy af if you do it correctly and you DRINK SOME FREAKING WATER!!!! YOU CANT JUST DRINK GREEN TEA ALL DAY🙄

  9. why would you want to lose more weight.. when your starting weight is 121………. no no no. somethings really wrong here bub. even “for the video,” that’s not healthy.
