    I looked at it and it's organic vinegar, by simply nature …..so is it a waste of time????

I been working out everyday doing 40 minutes on the treadmill but the most thing that a hate about being big is chest fat aka man boobs 💀 sometimes I feel unmotivated but then I go watch videos of how other people kept going and lost lots of weight so that’s what keeps me going and plus I look in the mirror and imagine myself having a 6 pack😂😂😂😂

  4. I have cut way down on diet soda and junk food just drink water and plain tea or green tea plain just starting out lost one pound so far would like to loose ten they say im obese at 139 pounds

  5. I`ve been using this diet “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) for a couple of weeks at this point and until now I adore them! They give me plenty of energy as well as suppress my appetite, yet I do NOT quit once they wear off which I love, and they don`t make me jittery. I have not changed other things I am doing and have lost 7 pounds. .

  6. After I carried out my investigation with this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) diet program which was mentioned by a good friend who also dropped excess weight, I dropped around 9 lbs too. Anways, i do believe it helped enhance that weight reduction and calorie burning. And I am having healthy foods today. .

I still have the energy I would like without curbing my urge for food without making me really feel jittery. I have not changed other things I am doing and also have dropped 7 pounds. .

  8. Just to let you know I ran across your video in early 2018. Since then I saved bought a treadmill and now committed to walking 30 minutes a day. Your story is the first to capture my motivation to try and be healthy again. God bless you and thank you for sharing your story.
