  6. Hi in brkfst sometime can we eat poha UPMA or idli. As I am not habitual of eating chatpati in mrng. But I have started ur this diet n following since 5 days..n got bore from multi grain chapati so can I switch for a day by eating idli or poha.. Plz replyy
