  1. Curious as to how lactose would fit in to this? Like in the sense of the gut biome.
    As someone who wants to give up sugar, but loves drinking milk. Would I have to give that up also to reap the benefits?

  2. After doing keto for a little over a year, it's now become super easy for me to say no to anything that has added sugar; insulin resistance is no longer an issue for me.

  5. So suger is dope. The way you build tolerance, and the side of coming down from it causes simmilier issues.
    Also he is a question I have. Is a person still ok to let's say have a cookie once a week?
