  3. dude, stop using the word "ninja technique". the actual ninja technique is not at all like this. my master did this genius technique to help us jump high. we planted bamboo trees and as it grew up from the very beginning we would jump over it. as days and months passed by you will find yourself jumping so high. before anyone complains saying "fake n' gay!" listen! you have to be very patient and try it out for yourselves. it takes months (it took me 8 months). train with your friends or siblings cuz that will get you even more motivated. try to rival out each other.

    I have been doing this for 1 week now and here's my progression:
    -Noticable increase in strength
    -Slight increase in stamina
    -Slight reduction of fat(minimal amount)
    I will update you guys with the progress each week.

  6. i think its will be great routine when i do cutting, so when i cutting i'll do this routine on first (12 minute) then the rest, i'll do my split routine (building muscles routine like push pull legs), is this make any sense??? how do you think guys?
