  1. should i do this 2x consistently or just 1 time. BTW i love thse wokrouts i tried the forearm and shoulder wokrout and its amazing! LOVE IT AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

  2. Will this add mass to the shoulders?I mean ,yeah the workout is burning my shoulders.This may or will definetelly increase endurance but i' m not as sure with strength and mass

  4. I usually do it with an app for shoulders, but I feel a burn way harder by doing these than with dumbells, that's how you know you're doing something right. Thank you dude
