Would love a day video with the intermittent fasting. As well as juice options when fasting that would be great. Used to do it for seven days a week looking to get back into with off days in between.

Genuine question. Why do you get your top lip so blown up and made bigger than your bottom lip? Why not get it to look more normal and get a bigger bottom lip than a top lip? Love your videos! Congratulations on your new house and growing your business! You're a breath of fresh air! 🙂

I have a British shorthair cat too, he's called Teddy, and almost daily I hug him and say "why are you so cute, I just love you soooo much" identically to how you did 😂
