I ordered a few skipping ropes from amazon but either were too light or too short for me (I am 2 meters tall ) then I went to jump rope dudes and saw their ropes !!!!! Wayyyyyyy to expensive! I mean 280$ for a skipping rope !!! You have got to be kidding me !!! Just ordered your legacy rope and waiting anxiously for it and hugely really excited for the workout!!!Thankyou rushie for keeping the prices realistic and reasonable …. really looking forward to a positive change
Great workout, for an added heart rate spike, I repeated the workout, used the Legacy rope and took a one minute rest and chose 1 body weight exercise from each set.
Thanks for this video. I was waiting for this to improve my stamina. Keep making such workout session, I do love every video of this workout series. I'm doing this from the week 1 and yeah I can feel I'm improving. Ty very much 🙂
