  1. The body has no way of "counting calories" or measuring calorie-amounts. I believe it's all about hormonal responses in the body. Ever heard Dr. Jason Fung or Ken Berry talk about how counting calories is a myth, & doesn't matter?

  2. John, do'nt you take any additional protein meals/snacks when you eat once a day? Don't you aim 1g of protein for 1 lb of your total weight to preserve muscle? I can not understand how your get about 200 g protein in one meal. Do you eat 1 kg chicken at once? 🙂

  3. I've lost ~65 lbs on Keto over the last 6 months, and I have a long way to go. I think it's working for me because, for me, I don't feel hungry all the time which has helped me stick to it. But you're totally right, you can lose or gain weight on virtually any diet, it's all calories in and out.
