  1. I work out 2-3 hours a day, 6 times a week and on a strict low carb, high fiber diet. Am I pushing myself too much for a beginner? Appreciate a feedback. 😃

I’m confused how to do it, when I do it I do not know which part of my body’s muscle I’m using. Can you further explain to me please ? Thank you.
