  1. Well I continuously doing this work out for two weeks already ,I feels my belly fat looks firming now but not much change on my weight,I guess I just have to take it slow to finally see the result after a period of time

  2. Love the style of this video! It’s my favorite so far! The 3 second warning beeps are perfect for people like me who prefer to focus all my energy on performing the exercise rather than half way doing the workout because I’m so focused on watching the screen to make sure I’m still on the current exercise. 😂 also love the preview of the next exercise in the upper left corner. Makes the video much easier to follow and go all out. Great job Holly! Love your workouts! 😃👌

  3. I love your workouts!! I just wanted to ask what’s your workout routine or split for the week? I used to work it at the gym but I just don’t see results and fell out of love with lifting weights. So I think I’m gonna workout from home from now on with your videos
