  1. When I previewed this workout, I was nervous. But I did the whole video straight through…. I am beyond pleased with myself now…Thank you Daniel…..when you kept saying come on…I pushed through…and I won!!!!!

  2. Hello from Scotland! I was recently diagnosed with a 56degree scoliosis- I'm exercising 5days out of 7. I use stretching and Pilates on 3 days and your cardio workouts on the other 2days. They are varied, achievable and very effective!! Thank you so much x
