  1. I've been adding these on slowly and learning routines to do as my last push at the end of my workout. Next step is to add bad guy and mothers daughter together. Determined to get some results and maintain!

  2. This is one of the hardest video workouts I've done. I've been doing pilates for a few years now but this is a great departure from my usual. I did this for the first time July 1st and I've done it every day since and I'm super proud that I'm getting better every time
