  1. Hello there Phil. Hats off to your traning sessions. Good explanation to athletes, you know your work very well. Just wanted to ask you about the last exercise. Is it 10 jumps in one minute following by one minute of a rest and than repeat? Thanks. Sending hello from Czech republic! Keep posting! Big inspiration.

  4. Hi coach, writing to you from Peru with the help of the translator, thanks for your videos, I recently found your channel and I really do not think there is another one that provides so much knowledge to train in contact sports.

    I have a consultation, I train weights, multiarticular exercises for strength on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Could this routine do the remaining 4 days? Or could it not be good not to rest a lot each week? Again, thank you very much and greetings from Peru!
