  1. Ive been taking 3 min on all my movements that are 80% and up above my max for the last six months and the gains have been awesome. Literature supports it. A couple of papers showed that in novice and intermediate builders that rested for 3 min in all their heavy compound movements gained like almost 20% more muscle then the group that rested 60 seconds. They think its because they were able to do more reps than the other group. You should all give it a try.

  2. Doing dumbell bench press with heavy weights for 6-8 reps gives me intense satisfaction, is it the same for you mountaindog? Can you do a 20rep squat video and its benefits? Thanks mr.meadows for the awesome content you provide!!

  3. Very true for that Incline. Just recently my rotator cuff was a bit in pain. Followed John's tips, no more pain. Also doing rotator cuff exercises on chest and shoulder helps

  4. I actually love that slight incline. Not just for upper chest specific training but over all chest development. I get great contractions of the chest with that incline level. All should try.
