  1. This was what I did when I first started off (1 Year ago). The exercises here are pretty beginner friendly. I will also have an updated workout routine up sometime soon for those who want a more intense workout 🙂

  3. Bruh what do these people mean you can't grow an ass with working out…. I assume it's a comparison to how big-breasted women are naturally bustier than those who can't grow….? It's an ass, they aren't breasts with mammary glands that lack muscle to grow. The booty has muscles AND fat. These comments irritate me. Ugh.

  5. I’ve been trying for MONTHS to try and develop some muscles in my glutes but I can never find something that could work. Since there is so many routines and workouts to try, I couldn’t stick to one thing bc it got confusing. Thank you for making this vid Euodias, I will use this as a beginner’s guide and add on or adjust from there! Love you girly !!❤️❤️

  7. Don’t listen to those ass hats they just can’t help judging you cause they can’t find anything good in themselves. You are gorgeous and not everybody is going to have a huge bubble butt or nice body! Personally I think you are great looking how you are and if you want to make yourself look better that’s for yourself and not for anyone else to judge either way! I think it’s awesome you set goals for yourself and keep at it, it is truly inspiring for those who need that last little push!
