  1. I loved this video! Great camera, set up and content. Love the all the running videos lately, I’ve been dealing with IT band syndrome for about 4 months now and haven’t been able to run hardly at all since it started, but it is super encouraging to hear you talk about getting through it. My goal is to run a marathon after I heal and you always inspire me to push myself and try things I never thought I could do! So thank you!

  2. Trail running lights my competitive fire, after years of road races. (I'm not great, just overly competitive. ) I love all of your videos, but the running content really motivates me, thanks!

  3. Hey Flora, how has your weekly mileage and recovery been going Flora? Find it difficult to implement good recovery strategies. You have any ideas/tips? Love the vid! x

  4. I've been running since I was 12. After a massive injury when I was 19 I am just now getting back into it at almost 23. I love running definitly not great at it but its fun!

  5. Always love your videos 🤗
I ran home from work yesterday (10k) instead of getting the train as it actually takes the same amount of time door to door and now I kind of want to sign up to a half marathon?! Is running this addictive lol?

  6. I'm doing the london landmarks half too! And I'm doing London marathon. Never been a runner and this is a huge challenge, especially when I've been out with a chest inflection. That's how I found your videos for inspiration, and really enjoying them.

  7. Great running story Flora! Thanks for sharing.

I didn’t find any joy in running until I was 23. (I’ll be 30 this year) My only experience of running in school was a XC race in high school. I only agreed to it so I could get out of class. 😆 I finished dead last!

I started in late 2013 and found I took to it really quickly. The next year I ran my first half and full marathon. Even though I ran some decent times I didn’t really make it a big part of my life until 2018.

Nowadays race and training plans are such an important part of my schedule. I love how it benefits me in so many areas from social life to physical and mental health. I certainly wouldn’t be who I am today without running! 🙂

  8. Who stops after one marathon? I always say I'm never doing it again but by the time I get home I'm planning the next. It's kinda lime having a baby. You always go back. Also any health professional should know better than to tell a runner not to run any more!

  9. I think you are doing phenomenally well and am looking forward to seeing more. I have a video coming up on my channel on the 10th (Monday) at 8am EST in which I mention you. But you'll have to watch to see why I mention you 🙂 Keep up the good work!

  10. Nice story Flora, it's hard to tell your running story quickly hey! My video lasted ages and I could have talked even longer. I started running to impress girls at school, haha, I have no idea why I thought that would work.
