You're not doing anything for your butt with that resistance band. Those 5 lbs weights are doing nothing for your shoulders. Im assuming you do have a trainer, so show your gym routine next time. You shouldn't be showing at home workouts that have done nothing for your body. You are naturally skinny. I would also recommend you mentioning to your followers that if you are trying to stay lean/ lose body fat, you shouldn't be drinking that protein shake in the morning for breakfast. There is a lot of sugar in that. A lot of your followers are watching this videos because they're are trying to achieve you body, but yours is all about genetics/ maybe a little bit of training. They are taking advice from you but none of this will work for them , don't spread false information when you are not a trainer and don't know much about nutrition.
