  1. You're not doing anything for your butt with that resistance band. Those 5 lbs weights are doing nothing for your shoulders. Im assuming you do have a trainer, so show your gym routine next time. You shouldn't be showing at home workouts that have done nothing for your body. You are naturally skinny. I would also recommend you mentioning to your followers that if you are trying to stay lean/ lose body fat, you shouldn't be drinking that protein shake in the morning for breakfast. There is a lot of sugar in that. A lot of your followers are watching this videos because they're are trying to achieve you body, but yours is all about genetics/ maybe a little bit of training. They are taking advice from you but none of this will work for them , don't spread false information when you are not a trainer and don't know much about nutrition.

  3. Hey also a tip. The fire hydrant one, go slow and hold it has a much better effect.
    With the band also do jumping squats. I’m a runner and these are so effective!

In the sentence of the description that begins with “As a friendly reminder,” I’m pretty sure it should be “any” instead of “and.” I’m just pointing that out so that anyone who reads the description won’t be confused or misled. That’s definitely the most important sentence of the description lol. You also forgot to end that sentence with a period, but that doesn’t really matter. 🙂
