  2. DONT THINK ABOUT DOING THIS JUST DO IT! After a whole week I didn’t even have to measure my arms are noticeably smaller I recommend doing this and the backfat workout! Thank me later

  3. Just so yall know…. this workssss! Eye already see results after the second day!! And eye have done the waist one too and had wonderful results as well! Love her workouts! I am a fan! Do it yall!!

  4. I did this last year for three weeks straight and it really does work! People even noticed a difference in my upper arms and the sleeves of my dresses were slowly getting lose! Just failed to keep it going! However I am back on it again!
