  1. Another great video guys. I’ve Been binge watching your workouts to plan my daily routines and I came across your meal plan video. I was shocked (pleasantly) to hear your British accents. Are you based in London or abroad? Do you have a studio for PT sessions? I am based in London and would love to have a few training sessions with you both.👍🏾👌🏾💐🥰👋🏾🤗😃 keep the workouts coming I’m proud of you.

  2. Great workout and only about 10 minutes so this is perfect to combine with others of your playlist. Keep up the good work. Love the modifications also, great when getting tired (like I always do 😆) or having knee problems.
