  2. I’m trying something new keeping my carbs under 10 and my calories under 500 per day I fasted so much that my metabolism I think is stuck at a lower calorie amount It’s working I’ve lost almost 5 pounds this is my third day

  3. For me 7 days OMAD, starting today: 2hr window MAX, get my protein in (80-135g), walk the dog (she needs it and so do I). Doin' somethin' 😏 💖🔥🌹
