  2. I think it’s amazing you can fast for 36 hours. I’ve never went past 20 hours and usually by then I’m a cranky hot mess and I need to stuff my mouth. 🤣🤣 Stress makes me make bad food decisions so I relate.

  4. I love this video, you are doing great. The scales don't tell the whole story and that is good. Eating late at night works just fine, but it doesn't help on the scales!

  6. Down 8 pounds in 5 days! Not stressing it has been the key for me, working out at least 4 times next week and vlogging is my new goal! I ate a low carb snack (mixed nuts) last night about 10 o’clock and woke up 3 pounds less then yesterday! I think giving my body a little food calmed her down , Love ya🌞💋💋
