  2. Yo I crazy appreciate this bro! Seems like most workout videos are geared towards the intermediate level population. I'm 46 over weight and starting fresh. This was awesome for me. I plan on working out with my 9 year old… he's pretty strong kid and obsessed with proper form. Thanks again

  4. I'm in pretty good shape nothing like you but I somehow cranked out 45 pushups then sprained my wrist playing bball I'm coming back from that and can only do 20 it sucks how an injury can set you back so far so be safe guys
