I’m wanting to get into calisthenics at the right now and I’m only 14. I can’t drive myself anywhere yet and I only have a pull up bar. Wish I could do dips!
guys does anyone with subscription knows how the introduction program should be executed? For example at part 1 the first workout is australlian pull ups 10 x 3, but is this the only excersize i have to do for the day?it seems easy. pls enlight me!
I HAVE A QUESTION: that was just one round or thats all ?, sorry im just getting started so i done really now, and if that is just one round how much do you rest between round ?

I love the hypertrophy I'm calisthenics like ealisy go from ten pushups to 30 in 2-4 weeks and same with pull-ups etc.
