Good job I do a lot of those same exercises to stay in shape.. the only thing that you could maybe improve is your squat form.. you wanna make sure your legs are shoulder Apart and you stick your butt out like ur sitting in a chair, when you squat your knees should never pass your toes!! Also make sure to squeeze your butt as you come up.. otherwise great job!! Love your videos.

  2. Yayy bellaaa. Haha so excited to see a vid from you. I was just looking at my ass today and was like I should get back to squatting and lifting a little.
