  2. I was searching for anything to show if I can build legs with dumbbells. Thank you, thank you. Those dumbbell deadlifts and bulgarian splits…wow! Maybe I can build legs again now.

  3. This video was hard to get through. I know entertainment can make it fun. But that guy was so annoying that I would have loved the direct information and science approach. Fast forwarded through so much.

Anyway, your channel is still great. Thanks for what you do.

  4. Hi Jeff.
    One more question,
what is your take on cluster training / EMOM workouts vs the usual set rep schemes?
Do you find them to be more useful, less useful, the same for developing strength?
I hope that you will respond.

  5. Hi Jeff.
I want to ask you a question and I hope that you will respond.
I am planning to buy a pair of 20 kg dumbbells and use them instead of going to a gym.
Is that enough weight or should I buy heavier dumbbells?
I have worked out with 7.5 kg dumbbells before and they have become very light for me.

  6. @Jeff – Huge fan of you and your workout videos but constant interruptions from Jessie kinda ruined this video. You perform, explain and illustrate the exercises better.

  7. Any tips for a guy who is duck-footed when it comes to single leg training? I find bulgarian split squats and lunges to not only be extremely unstable, but also extremely awkward with my anatomy. My legs and feet have an outward angle from my hips, so single leg saggital plane movements just don't work well for me. I sometimes do my own style of lunges where I lunge at an angle rather than straight forward, and this seems to help, but a video of some variations for people like me would be great to see. I know I am far from the only person out there with angled legs and feet.
